At Elevate Fitness, we partner with global fulfillment centers to bring you the best in high-performance gear. To keep our inventory fresh and our prices competitive, we utilize CJ Dropshipping for our logistics and order fulfillment.
Shipping Times
Because we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment partners to your door, shipping times may vary based on your location:

Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your destination).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or directly via the carrier's portal to monitor your package's journey.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. Don't worry—you won't be charged extra for shipping if your order is split.
Customs & Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. Elevate Fitness is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
